This is application for the UPCOMING school year,
August 2012-May 2013.
Complete one online application per family.
Online family application accommodates up to 4 children.
To submit the application, click "SUBMIT" button when prompted.
Application fee is required to complete application process.
After pressing the "SUBMIT" button at the end of the application,
click the PayPal link at the bottom of the page
to make a secure online payment with a credit or debit card.
Application Fee: 1 child = $55, 2 or more children = $110
